Turmeric Porridge
I shared some important information’s about turmeric ( curcumin) on my Instagram post with you.
It helps to fight against the production of endometriosis cells in the uterus.
Today i wanna to share with you my healing turmeric porridge which is super delicious and very simple.
I buy my spices ( Turmeric, Ashwagandha, Barley Grass, Rosehip, Teas and other healing stuff at Achterhof.

Turmeric Porridge
RECIPE :
Ingredients :
- 80g rolled Oats (gluten free)
- 10g Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp. Turmeric powder
- 50ml Maple Syrup / Sweetener of choice
- 200ml Plant Milk of Choice
- 1/1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
- 20g Cashew Nuts
Preparation :
Heat up the milk in a pan.
Add the rolled oats , chia seeds and maple syrup and let it simmer until it gets more sticky.
Turn down the heat and add the turmeric powder and vanilla extract .
Combine all things to a smooth texture .
Fill it into a bowl and add the cashew nuts and fresh fruits , chocolate etc.
