PUMPKIN – FUDGE – BARS , or “Hagrid’s Easy Treats” for teatime. 🙂
No Bake , No refined sugar, paleo, keto, vegan fudge bars.
I glazed them with selfmade chocolate glaze made of dates and cacao powder.
RECIPE :
- 1/4 of Hokkaido Pumpkin Puree
- 55g Almond Butter
- 100g Maple Sirup
- 50g Sunflowerseed Flour
- 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
PREPARATION:
If you don’t have pumpkin puree, peel , cook, and blend a pumpkin until it’s soft and creamy.
Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend it until it’s smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a baking pan and freeze it overnight.
Now you can add your favorite glaze over it.
I topped them with chocolate glaze and walnuts.
Put them out of the freezer 1 hour before serving.
