Raw – Halloween – Spiderweb – Cake…
This recipe is perfect for a upcoming Halloween Party.
Easy to make and so delicious.
No bake, vegan, sugar free, and full of nutrients.
Crust Ingredients :
- 15 Dates (soaked in water)
- 1 1/3 Cup rolled Oats
- 1 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 Pinch of salt
Filling Ingredients :
- 3 Cups Cashews (soaked in water)
- 1 cup of coconut cream
- 10 Drops Vanilla Flavor
- 3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. melted Coconut Oil
- Food Color of choice
Save the water from the dates .
Put the Dates, Oats, Pumpkin Seeds , Salt and a little bit of Dates Water into a high speed blender and mix until it’s a firm dough.
Press it into a baking pan .
Combine the Cashews, Coconut Cream, Vanilla, Maple Syrup,and Coconut Oil in the blender and mix it until it’s a creamy filling.
Add your food color of choice and mix it until it’s all in the same color.
Fill it on the crust and smooth out the top.
For the spiderweb i used 3 Tbsp. of the non colored filling and mixed them up with 1 Tsp. Cinnamon.
Transfer this into a piping bag and draw a spiderweb on the colored filling.
Freeze the cake overnight and take out of the refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
